Return & Exchange Policy - iHospital

At iHospital, we strive to provide the best Apple spare parts and tech accessories. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our technical standards:

Return Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Spare Parts Clause: For sensitive parts (LCDs, Batteries, Keyboards), returns are strictly not accepted if the part has been installed, the protective films removed, or if there are signs of soldering/technical mishandling.
Defective Products: If an item is defective upon arrival, we will replace it after a technical inspection by our experts.
Shipping Fees: Delivery charges for returns are covered by the customer unless the mistake was from our side.
